The soap arrived in a simple cardboard box, which is great for the environment, but the box was slightly crushed during shipping (maybe because it was too thin?). And there was no protective wrap around the soap itself, so it had a few small scratches on the surface. It doesn’t affect the quality, but it didn’t feel like a “luxury” unboxing experience. If you’re buying this as a gift, you might want to repackage it. I hope the brand can improve the shipping protection while keeping it eco-friendly!
